It is only when you completely surrender yourself to somebody that you can liberate yourself. Liberation comes not from the realization of the ‘I’ but the realization of him in the ‘I’. For he resides in us all, and without connecting to him we are but a strand of broken hair, slaves to the whims of the air. But when connected with him, the forces of time and space seem only to be present to keep us amused. Because in that one moment that we realize him the past and future disappear to bring to us the ‘present’. The present that seems to have always existed and would continue to do so. The linear shape of time contracts to a point and then this point extends to become a line again, unfolding across ages, births and lives. Such is the magic of Sudarshan kriya. Such is the grace of the lord.
